Career Summary

Duke the Dog was found roaming the streets near an outdoor hockey rink in Toronto.  As a big hockey fan, he was quickly adopted by the Toronto Marlies Hockey Club where he has been employed ever since as their team mascot.

Not missing a single Marlies game, Duke has made himself a very happy home at the Ricoh Coliseum and cheers on the team every change he gets.

Research into Duke’s heritage has revealed that he is a descendant of King, the guard dog who patrolled the Mutual Street Arena where the Toronto Maple Leafs played before the contruction of Maple Leaf Gardens.
